Last two weeks ago me, Zach and my friend went to SM Clark to buy some few things. After shopping we decided to have dinner in a particular Resto, I ordered Iced coffee and Spaghetti meatball. I kinda liked the pasta and my tastebuds observed what they put in it. So I decided to just make an experimental and try to imitate it. And it turned out great! The taste is close enough,, except ofcors of the meatball.

So if you’re a fan of Italian style Spaghetti here’s the recipe w/c is very simple to prepare.

Ingredients: (servings 1-2 persons)
1/8 of a pack of spaghetti pasta noodles

Sauce:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 small onion (chopped)
3 meduim sized tomatoes (I prefer the red ones)
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
dashed of pepper and salt
1 tsp magic sarap
1/2 tbsp oregano (depends if you want to add some more)
1 tsp sugar
parmesan cheese

Procedure:

Pasta
boil water, salt and cooking oil. When the water boils put the pasta noodles, wait until the pasta noodles is al dente (you don’t want your pasta to be saggy) then set aside.

Sauce
Boil tomatoes in water (so it would be easier to saute)
peel the skin and chopped them (it should look like tomato chunks)

Saute garlic and onion w/ olive oil until the onion will be translucent, add the tomato chunks. simmer for a while.. add the water, tomato paste. stir occasionally
add the pepper, salt, magic sarap, oregano and sugar. let it simmer for a while.. you may add a little bit more of the other ingredients depends on your taste.
add the pasta and fold it into the sauce.lastly Put the parmesan cheese.

Best w/ garlic bread..
tasty bread/ french bread, put butter and garlic powder
put it in the oven..

I hoped you liked the “Simple Italian Style Spaghetti”
Enjoy eating!
